  1. I've so tried to give up my carbs many times.. I can't seem to do it!!!! I do agree with what is being said. Most marathoner's would disagree on the carbs though I think...

  2. Day 20 for this ex-vegan. About Day 18 the "I'm-not-starving-by-10:30am" thing kicked in. I'm not longer counting calories, and my weight is stable...

    I'll have to forward this to family & friends who wonder WTF I'm up to with this "new diet thing he's on...".

  3. @Mamarunsbarefoot: I didn't set out to give up carbs. I set out to stop eating veggie oils, and when I did that I no longer had any interest in eating carbs; no cravings, and no interest.

    @Scott: Happy to hear you're doing well! I can't help but think that the fact you're not hungry means you're getting what your body needs.
