A very fun discussion with
Casey Ruff of Boundless Body Radio:
"They are SEED OILS, not vegetable oils, and they are TOXIC. Tucker Goodrich is a warrior against this horrible sludge that is destroying people's health. He is a technology expert who designs, runs, and debugs complex systems in high-risk financial environments. When his health failed him, he started investigating in the same way that he TAUGHT HIMSELF how to manage large, complex software systems by looking at the data, and realized that oxidized vegetable oils were ubiquitously everywhere, and needed to be removed. His health has flourished ever since, and he continues to share his message. We are so grateful for Tucker Goodrich and his message, and we are STOKED that he took the time to speak with us today!"

Just a quick comment on your bone breakage / healing experience since ditching seed oils. Ten years ago while running fell and broke my fall with my left hand. Dislocated wrist and elbow. Took months to heal, still have extension issues with elbow.
ReplyDeleteFast forward to two weeks ago, fell and broke fall with left hand. Hand and wrist swelling with extensive bruising. Hubby convinced I had hairline fractures. (He's an MD and I use to manage UC's, we both knew x-ray would be expensive for what little could be done by provider.)
Five days post injury, did regular weight training (avoided chest press due to stress on wrist). Twelve days post injury, regular weight training plus lots of yard work. Three weeks post injury did full regular weight training with barely a twinge in hand or wrist. (Once a week training at Doug McGuff's.)
Am a 62 year old female.
Glad to hear it was a minor injury! There are a lot of variables in bone injuries, what concerned me was the large number in a short time.
DeleteI'm currently recovering from another broken rib, as I tripped and landed on my Garmin watch!
Wonderful podcast! What was the paper with the women in china frying foods causing lung cancer?
