Nell's a world-class triathelete who follows a paleo diet. More than "follows", in fact; she's Loren Cordain's co-author of The Paleo Diet Cookbook.
She's got an interesting article in what looks like a trialthalon magazine:
"After a few false starts, there’s no going back for me now: my times have improved tremendously (I’m heading to my fourth Kona and planning to break my PR with a 10:30), my recovery is phenomenal, my sleep fantastic, and I’m rarely sick or injured."
